I am a Licensed Realtor and Broker Associate since 2003, with Keller Williams Realty since 2012. Licensed in So Carolina since 2017, I am enjoying my life "at the beach", selling dream homes in the sunshine to first time home buyers and seasoned buyers and sellers alike. I am concentrating on my South Carolina clients and also look forward to helping my northern friends find their dream homes here in the Myrtle Beach area and Horry County. I also have not forgotten my NJ clients with the help of my former team (HOMES BY CAROL AND TERESA) and business partner (Teresa Barba). All my clients are truly clients for life. I was a top producer and Mentor with Weichert Realtors in NJ before coming to KW and growing a successful team now known as the BARBA GROUP. I have served on the KW Agent Leadership Council and KW Mentorship program as well. I am a State Realtor Association Circle of Excellence award winner for multiple years, having helped over 300 clients make moves. What attracted me to KW: The culture - the level of giving/learning; the values and high standards the company imparts. Plus the ability to run my own business with support, not restraint. Owning a business worth having is truly a great way to have a life worth living and giving back to others in the process IS the reason I am a Realtor.
